Dangerous Motorcycle Merging

Normally, I'd let this just go by, and certainly wouldn't honk and startle a motorcyclist, but this is a particularly dangerous merging point, when its 5pm and grumpy people zig and zag into the other lanes to gain any edge to get one car ahead.
